How Can You Apply for a Price Difference Refund at the ZOSI Store?

If you purchase physical products from the ZOSI store and, within 30 days of receipt or before receipt, find the same product at a lower promotional price on the ZOSI Amazon store, ZOSI eBay store, or ZOSI Walmart store, you can contact customer service to apply for a price difference refund. The ZOSI official store will refund you the difference according to the policy.

Notes:

The same product refers to the product model, specifications, color, sales method (including but not limited to the minimum purchase unit, single purchase quantity, gifts), and other product attributes and transaction conditions being completely consistent. Any changes in attribute parameters and conditions do not qualify as the same product under this policy.
Flash sales and limited-time half-price offers are special promotional activities and are not considered daily promotional prices, thus not covered by the price difference refund policy.
Orders paid in full using vouchers, no-threshold coupons, or other virtual credits resulting in a zero-dollar payment are not covered by the price difference refund policy.
Discounts resulting from Amazon Prime, PayPal, Visa, Master, and other payment methods do not qualify for the price difference refund policy.
If a product meets the conditions for a price difference refund, you can apply multiple times for different price drops. The total difference is calculated based on the actual payment amount and the verified lower daily promotional price.
Used products are not covered by the price difference refund policy.
